We are a group of blockchain and emerging technology enthusiasts based in the South West, who have grown frustrated by the lack of a joined-up, inclusive forum for others in the sector to collaborate.

The South West of England is a unique environment, but the sheer size of the region, from Bristol to Cornwall, means building a community throughout the region presents obvious difficulties, with many people from this region travelling to London for networking and collaboration.

We want to change that. 

We want to create a community space, virtually and in person, that represents the whole of the South West region. 

That flies the flag for talent across the whole South West landscape. 

That organises useful events in places that allow the majority of the region to attend, not just those who are local to the bigger centres. 

That creates a supportive and nurturing environment for founders to build and scale their businesses.

We aim to generate more jobs in the region and get recognised at a national level. 

This isn't an exclusive community. 

We have come together to bring this to life. We don't want to own it. We don't want to control it. 

We want its direction to be guided by the people who need it the most.
